"Big Moon Tortilla" by Joy Cowley

Marta Enos smells the delicious, warm, fresh tortillas her gradma is cooking on the iron plate on the fire. Mmmm...she runs to get them, but that's when disater strikes! Her homework flies out of the window, gets torn by the dogs, and in an attempt to recover her papers, she breaks her glasses.
Marta's grandma tells her a story, feeds her warm, fresh tortillas and teaches her a great life lesson.
Here is the website of the author to check out other great books she has written. http://www.joycowley.com

ending. Why did she pick the eagle I
would have picked the tree?Mrs.khosla why did you pick this book ? At first I did not notice she had glasses until it broke.I
wonder who owned the dogs.
